The "U-TEC type" is an evolved version of the conventional MK II type filter press structure, featuring simultaneous opening and closing of all chambers and independent cloth operation for each chamber. The main body structure adopts an overhead design, making cloth replacement easy. It allows for complete detachment of the dewatered cake, enabling removal even for thin dewatered cakes of about 3mm. Cloth cleaning is performed in units of five chambers, and the cleaning water pressure is effectively maintained at 2.0 MPa.
